Mark Dallmeier is CEO of The ROBB Group Holdings LLC and co-author of the company’s library of intellectual property including revenue audits, sales due diligence methods, sales 2.0 methods practices and systems. Mr. Dallmeier participates in Revenue and Investment / M&A Hunting while spearheading the development and implementation of strategy and formation of investments, joint ventures, strategic customer and partner relationships that improve the overall financial performance of the organization.

From 2004-2007 Mr. Dallmeier was President and CEO of The ROBB Group LLC where he was responsible for accelerating The ROBB Group’s growth by over 350%.

Over the last 20 years as a serial entrepreneur, Mark has co-founded and grown companies in multiple markets and developed various revenue growth audits and methods used in turn around, transformation and mergers - acquisition scenarios.

As a Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at net Fusion Corporation, he was instrumental in launching and growing the technology firm, creating high quality corporate and product brand, commercializing product and services packages, growing revenues by 300% over two years. Mark was also instrumental in helping net Fusion Corporation secure angel funding and creating a brand and image for net Fusion's initial commercial software product, DynamicCampaign.net.

Previous to net Fusion, Mark was responsible for global accounts and strategic business development activities at InfoImage a Microsoft funded software company. While at InfoImage, Mark established and grew strategic alliances with system integrators, and other software vendors such as Microsoft. Mark held various leadership positions in sales and alliances at Cyclone Commerce, and was instrumental in creating and growing its New Markets and Supply Chain services groups, increasing the adoption of Cyclone Software within mid market and Fortune 1000 companies and their supply chains while the company grew in revenue from $2M to $24M in three years.

Mark has a legacy of building and growing high performance sales and marketing teams, developing strategic alliances, marketing programs, product branding and positioning, producing 200% - 400% annual revenue growth for multiple organizations. Mr. Dallmeier’s innovative and disruptive market share and sales growth practices have been used in high growth, transformation and turn around scenarios in manufacturing, services, outsourcing and technology companies.

Most recently these strategies, practices and methodologies were used to audit, benchmark and optimize revenue generating groups in mid size firms and Fortune 500 organizations resulting in the capture of over $1.8 B in new contract revenues for ROBB Group clients over the last 3 years.

Today Mark provides value to companies through Board of Directors work, contract revenue hunting, strategic sales turnaround engagements. Mr. Dallmeier also speaks and lectures on various growth, turnaround and transformation topics and facilitates works shops and sessions for other CEOs and executive teams on innovative methods and practices for turning around or transforming revenue generating areas of organizations.
